Shipping

We offer free shipping anywhere in the continental United States. If you are in AK or HI, reach out to get a shipping quote. We do not ship internationally. We ship through FedEx Ground but large orders may be delivered via truck freight. 

Our current build time is 3 weeks and shipping time runs an additional 7 to 10 days.

Returns

If your item(s) is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can get a placement sent to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.

Upon return, your item will first be inspected before issuing a refund. Exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus the return shipping fee.

Studio1889 reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
