Shipping Issues

First off, we're terribly sorry to hear that your stools arrived damaged. We do our absolute best to ensure the safety of each stool, but occasionally this happens. 

We understand how frustrating it can be and promise that we'll make it right. To help us do that, could you please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Take pictures of the shipping box - specifically where the damage occurred.

Step 2: Take pictures of the stool before the packing is removed.

Step 3: Take pictures of the damage on the stool itself. 

Step 4: Send those photos & your order number to

NOTE: These are required by FedEx in order for us to submit a claim for damaging the stools en route. The better the images, the more likely they'll help cover the damages : )
